Here is a brief tutorial about how to upload images through the HA6S forum via Servimg.
When you start a new thread or make a comment to a thread there is an option for you to “Host an Image”. Click on that button. You should now be able to see a box where you can upload the image from your desktop.
Once you find your image, click “Host it” and the image will upload to Servimg. Once the image uploads, you will have three links available: a link to a thumbnail, a link to your image’s preview, and the link to your image (see figure below).
The first time you upload an image from the forum, a Servimg account will automatically be created for you. You will be able to access all of your uploaded images from the Servimg site. Your username is your email address and your password is the same as the one you use for the HA6S forum (there is an option to change your password after you log in; just click on “My Account”.)
Linking the Image to Servimg.
If you want to provide a link to your image in the body of the thread/comment, then copy the 3rd URL (the URL that says “image url”). You can then close the image box (by re-clicking the “Host an Image” button) and link your image by clicking on the “insert url” tool. Paste the link of the image into the upper bar and title the link in the lower bar, then click “Ok”.
Placing the Image Directly Within the Thread
If you want to place the image directly within the body of the thread/comment, then click on “Insert Image”. Paste the URL of the uploaded image into the box that appears and click “Ok”. You’ll only see a URL in the text box, but if you preview the thread you’ll be able to see the entire image.
Remember to click “Send” before you navigate away from the page so you don’t lose any text or images.
